Why Is My Printer Not Printing?
Before replacing ink or toner, check the printer status, connection, queue and paper path.
Practical checks
Start with the basics.
- Confirm the printer has power and is connected to the correct computer or Wi-Fi network.
- Check the print queue for paused or stuck jobs and make sure the correct printer is selected.
- Check paper, ink or toner indicators and look for a visible paper jam.
- Print a test page from the printer controls where available.
- If the printer remains offline or produces repeated errors, send S-out a photo of the message.
